Prepayment is required to confirm your reservation and must be received by the Friday prior to the meeting.
Reservations made after the Friday prior to the meeting must be paid online (credit card or bank draw) and will be subject to the $5 catering surcharge.
Cancellations must be received by the Friday prior to the meeting in order to be eligible for a refund.
Walk-ins will be accommodated as room permits on a first-come, first-served basis, but only after reserved attendees have been seated.
