Member Spotlight

Keena Smith, Director of Public Policy

Keena currently manages the technology project portfolio for the Department of Public Utilities. She has worked with the City of Columbus for over ten years in roles such as legislative and community affairs manager and senior manager for community economic development. Keena serves on several central Ohio boards including the Jefferson Center for the Arts, CATCO, Joyce Beatty Leadership Academy-Finance Committee and The Women’s Book Advisory Board. She holds a master’s degree in public administration from OSU’s John Glenn School.
